Is Freya Baby only for clinics?
No. Clinics get the full platform — clinical, lab, operations and patient app. Individuals can use the patient app on its own with limited functionality: read trusted IVF and pregnancy guidance, upload findings, track cycles, and chat with Freyai.
How does the AI assistant stay safe?
Freyai is designed with clinical guardrails. It helps patients understand their journey and answer common questions, but when it detects that a doctor is needed it automatically escalates and pulls a human specialist into the conversation.
Can we keep our own protocols and metrics?
